Spread over two levels, it accommodates up to five guests with one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a 1.20-meter sofa bed in the air-conditioned living room. The ground floor comprises a living area with a kitchenette and a guest toilet, while the upper floor features two bedrooms with balconies overlooking the garden and a shower room. Outside, guests can enjoy two large verandas, each approximately 40 square meters, with seating and dining areas, a barbecue, and a small fenced garden – ideal for holidays with children or a dog – as well as covered parking.
